Well done, excellent read, and a hearty congratulations on your PB.
Lincolnshire, flat??? :lol:
Go a bit further North in the county and you meet the Wolds, lovely undulations in the countryside. At the highest point, Normanby, and if you were to go due South, there would be no higher point until you meet the South Downs. I totally agree about flat courses being hard, it is constant, and consistent with no variation to stretch your muscles, well done. :D
Extinction is the rule. Survival is the exception.

Read your post and the lessons within it..ignored them all. :lol: :lol: wheels fell off in the second half particularly the last 6miles. Doing a report where the grim details will be revealed. 3.49 but happy with that despite missing target by 30mins :D
