You missed the swimming a bit. But I know how much of a fan you are of swimming! But yep, that is broadly my plan. As I have said before, I am fairly familiar with the roads as I ride round there most weekends, but by reputation the run is a pig. I am being sensible, training as much as I can and am going for physio on my hamstring starting tomorrow morning.

It'll be fine!! :o

The OD one isn't that bad, Kwerty. While it's off road and not flat it's not as bad as Poland, plus it's only 10km for us :-)

I'd like to do a little loop of the course a week or two before - assuming dates work out 19th or 20th would be best for me as I haven't got a free weekend before that. Anyone else interested?

Would be good to have a little BCTT catch up pre-race

No there was an issue with a sportive a while back...summary:
Ben: lets do this event the 80k
Me: I'm in! [enters race]
others: i'm doing the short one...
Ben: I'll do the short one as no one else is doing it
Me: Hello?

Other thread:
Artur: Mark why don't you come and do this sportive
Me: WTF!
