This week: 279lb

Last week: 46.3 % bf
This week: 43.7% bf

One day I'll use that book that IanM sent and get back out on the bike but for now... I'm moving more, doing resistance and cardio training that'll do

Still plodding on - new new new job - "senior" position...

More resistance training has occurred and next meeting with gym is tomorrow - which is planned to include more resistance and some cardio :D

Might be worth having a look at the Chimp Paradox if you have not done so already.

One thing I (sort of) picked up from it is the difference between "motivation and commitment".

For my recent "train and do a marathon in 15.5 weeks" that required as much fat loss as anything, I found that "committing" was far, far more important than "motivation". The losing weight was the hardest thing - harder than the running which was, on the whole, enjoyable.

I have a chimp - he's called Brian.

Weigh in / BF% tonight, will report findings - actually itching to get out on the bike! not felt like this for a long time, but workout B on 5x5 tonight :)
