Hmm, can you do nine hammers after fight club on Monday? I've taken Monday morning off to do blender from Sunday then fight club in the evening as we are away this weekend.

This is a lot harder than I remember despite being about 30w down on last year's FTP! Blender was tough, couldn't do the last 3 threshold blocks properly. Legs were twitching! Got through fight club but already sore and tired and wanting to quit! Think I'll be ok to next Saturday but not sure I'll manage that stage, never been on the turbo more than 2 hours, certainly not when doing Revolver to start!

Fight club and blender within 9 hour window was horrid. Even with fight club at 90%. Not sure if it was sweat or tears flooding my flat in the last "6min 30" block. This is going to hurt properly. I'm not thinking about the weekend at all just yet

Man this hurts. First 10 minutes were hell. My sit bones are so sore it hurts getting on the trainer, only once my legs hurt more does it get 'better' how I'm going to get through this I don't know, especially with the 2 biggest stages left at the weekend.

Who else is still left in the tour?

Still in but 5 hours behind. Same issues re sitting. Did 9 hammers last night. Actually found it relatively easy! Angels tonight, should be OK. I know the video well. Not thinking about Saturday just yet, an hour is OK but 2.5 is a big jump and more than I have endurance for. But once I reach that point I'll be wanting to finish
