Come on, it's dead easy, even I managed to do it when I changed the derailleurs ( I know, :shock: ). As long as you have a service stand, you should be fine. That video is really good for it, you just need to watch it enough times! :-)

I tried once before and bu :shock: :shock: ered it up and had to go shame faced to the LBS. Much less humiliating to say new cassette can I have my gears serviced please. I know my limits. Oh and I don't have a service stand either. :D

This. I went through exactly the same cassette switch and had to fiddle with the B screw. I'm a tech fuckwit but got it working relatively easily.

He's would need more than a cup of tea I suspect.......I'm not technically minded.

My neighbour is lending me a copy of Zen and the art of Bicycle maintenance to have a read of, in the meantime I am going to be £25 lighter but it will be done correctly.
