So talk to me about membership to this looney asylum and where can I get hold of the club kit which looks damn fine? Do I need to post some times before being allowed in?

Times... I think we've gone about this the wrong way - we clearly seem like we know what we're doing and all that...the only times i seem to know are lunch time and dinner time, and snack time, and oh b*gger, I just missed my start time

Oh and welcome NJTay

Hi all

Not so much new as returning after 2 year lay off. Combination of new addition to family (Luka, 10lb 10 ... Ouch), 17 year old daughter being very ill, getting a school out of special measures only to have it shut anyway, redundancy meant something had to give and alas tri had to take back seat.

Anyway 10kg heavier than 2011, barely able to stagger 5k and haven't donned a pair of trunks let alone a wetsuit for18 months. However the buzz is back.

Good to have you back, the wetsuit may be a little more snug than it used to be, they do shrink!

Nice.

Assumed you'd been sent down for having "a word" with one of your daughter's suitors.

We'll get you back in shape in no time.

Luka. Cool name.
My boy Luka was named in honour of Luca Brasi, the feared Corleone family enforcer. :ninja:
