How to I purchased membership and tri suit?

bop has covered the membership stuff very succinctly.

kit is usually on a 3-4 orders per year process - shadowone1 organises the thankless cluster-train. we put one in a little while ago and there were a few who missed/delayed their order, so you might find that one might go in sooner rather than later.

we have the same pattern kit in either black/silver or yellow, and i think need 10 items of each to put in an order from champ sys. it is very good stuff though, so worth the wait.

So here goes......

Hi everyone, new member here. I had this forum recommended by a colleague so decided to sign up after a bit of lurking.

First season of triathlon, still trying to come to terms with the cost of it all! First race this year was Galashiels sprint, which was brilliant despite the weather. This was due to be followed by Selkirk standard but had to pull out after suffering a swollen knee (teach me not to get in to fights with concrete again). Next up is St Andrews standard (first open water!!!) then St Mary's standard end of July.

Had my first taste of OW swimming this evening in East Kilbride, not quite the shock I was expecting and thoroughly enjoyed it (apart from cramp near the end). If anyone in the Glasgow/Lanarkshire area fancies OW swimming I can't recommend this highly enough. I was amazed to see 36 other nutters there tonight.

Well and truly hooked at the moment and can't wait for my next event.

And your third is where the bling really starts getting bought. I'm approximately one bike and a disc wheel away from a divorce already

There's quite a few OW venues around Glasgow now, which is great. My closest is Bardowie Loch, there's 20-30 of us there on a Sunday. EK's a bit far for me though.
