Hi all, I am a returning Triathlete after a 13 year absence and a significant weight gain however I have 'volunteered' to accompany a friend on a Jogle trip this May. I am looking to do the Swanage and possibly the Bournemouth Olympic Tri's this year and barring the run I am really looking forward to taking part. Of the subject of Jogle does anyone know of any kind of official paperwork / documentation I can get hold of or if there is like a Jogle members / hall of fame etc?

Cheers

Colin

Welcome to BCTTT, Colin, and welcome back to triathlon. 8-)

I'll probably be at Bournemouth this year: bit of a nemesis race for me, that one, and I'd like to give it a proper spanking. It might be a bit close on the heels of Swashbuckler MD and Windsor OD but what the hell. In for a penny, in for a serious over-use injury.

Swanage is a no for me, although I reckon you'll see some BCTTT kit there. Can't advise on JoGLE, but there's bound to be somebody on the forum who can make up some ill-advised crap and pass it off as gospel.

Hi all

Just joined, been lurking around for a while now and decided I'd definitely need all the help I can get for my first year of tri. Signed up for Blenheim as the main race and will look to do 1 or 2 short pool based local races before to get an idea of the pace required (main concern!)

I rate this should be fun ;)

Welcome to the revolution! Where's 'local' for you? Somebody's bound to be able to recommend a few races.

Thanks! Local is Worcester for me, there's a pool based tri in Stratford-Upon-Avon in May but am writing exams then, so probably not the best idea. (do work but finishing my degree for extra speed-funds so May & Nov are pretty much out for me)
