My GAT

Good ole Ruth came swimming this morning. Even bloody enjoyed it. Managing to do 17-20m freestyle no problems, did a few 25m's too. She needs a lot of work but definitely a good thing that she enjoyed it.

We're also going out on the Mountain Bikes round Bedgebury Forest tomorrow morning and doing an off-road Sportive around Biggin Hill next weekend.

She's not one for sport and exercise really but if we do it together...............she bloody loves it. Can't wait to get to Les Stables with her.....it'll blow her mind! :D
