For completing his first long-distance race at Challenge Henley. I know we are always saying that anyone can do a iron-distance race, but it takes a special kind of idiot to actually go and do one.

Yes I did. And what now became IM CH next year. Figured I'd attempt a harder one :-)

Actually still can't believe I did it!

I remember Guy (Birdy) talking about wanting to do one last year when we met for pre xmas drinks and he's finally done it, so that's really cool.
