Training

Postby Seasider71 » 17 May 2013 11:23

Went out for a morning ride, and decided to make the route up as I went along.

I found myself at a hill that had previously defeated me when I had first started out in Tri 4 years ago - Nothing major, probably about 1/2 a mile long and 20% in places - So I smashed it in the big chainring this time around.

I guess it goes to show that training actually does pay off
