Ah, but kit that can be used easily at home is going to be infinitely more valuable to me in the first half of next year. ;)

Yes, probably true... I'm seriously considering changing my home office around so I can fit a bike & turbo in there. I've already got a standing desk so it should work.

And if that works, I just need a massive discount on an endless pool and I'm sorted!

Do we have a club drop box for files? I've got a training program which contains some good selection and photo diagrams which I have been using with my FK pro. If not pm me your email and i'll send it through. The routines arnt that difficult but make nice finishers but the exercise selection is decent and the pictures really do make it easy to see what to do. They stopped me accidentally committing a Michael Hutchinson death manoeuvre whilst at sea so you know they are good.
Also worth a look at Fit deck though they are expensive for what they are.

Don't waste your money on them. Pack of cards, an exercise for each suite, work your way through the cards doing the chosen exercise for the amount of reps on the face of the card. Aces high, picture cards 10 reps, Joker could be an additional challenge or a rest
