for such wonderful support on Sunday. Through every town and village, past secluded farm houses and pubs on the bike there were people cheering us on. Up saunders foot it was the nearest I've had in a race to the tour de france experience with people lining the road on either side cheering you on and getting you up it. In Tenby itself every road had people on cheering us on right into the night. at 6:30am I was walking through Tenby to get to the start I couldn't get over how many people were there that early to see the swim start. The welsh certainly know how to support a race!
