Dare I say it? F3 events

Yep,

after vowing not to do another F3 organised event, I ended up doing so, today. A 10k rn at Dorney lake, chip timed, fairly well organised (we were 15 mins late starting because there was a queue at the portaloos and they were ncie enoug to let ppl finish) and the results are already up on tri247.

The splits aren't up (I think they can't be arsed) and the run course narrowed from 20m wide a the start line to the 3-4 metres at the mouth of one side of one of the Dorney bridges within 25 metres - which made for a bit of crowding - but overall an incredibly vast improvement on the club champs last August -for that they get a slap on the back in my book.

They might even manage to run a decent tri if they keep going this way
