Nah, you'll never get a chance to wear them, on account of spending all your free time on your nice new turbo.
I had fun once. It was awful.

Dam right. Use it indoors where its warm and expect to see a huge difference to using it in a cold garage. Also the power on my mine is 40w out over an average turbo set compared to the readings from the powertap.

My flow has taken a power of abuse - to the point that if I can replace the power cable which has started to break on the outershell then its new turbo for me. The other downside(s) to the flow is

a) Its weight - its not light at all
b) Those fecking wires...so annoying

Spot the difference?

8 min test on this jolly green giant seems to suggest a FTP of 309. Not sure I believe this one either!

Too late now, but I had a problem with my Cycleops turbo, which I'd bought off eBay, but I emailed the British distributor and they offered to replace the unit (not the stand just the spinny turbo bit) well impressed with the service.

Interesting what's being said about the power readings and power meters needing to warm up, I see that a lot with my Powertap on the turbo (set up in cold garage) I thought it was just dodgy

That's a far more believable FTP for you, CCS!
