Or, more likely, TR virtual power set to 'resistance 5', turbo set to 'resistance 2'. Simples. ;-)

Or, even more likely, I actually did it.

My turbo doesn't offer very much resistance, so I keep it on level 5 (as per TR settings).

20s spin-up at the very end of the cool down, bike was in top gear - hence the high recorded speed.

I had another similar go at the end of AVDP after the tour, but only hit 142rpm / 530W

It is virtual power, so only really useful as a comparison number for me. My point was about the 152rpm.

OK OK, we believe you, Bopo. Seriously. Kind of. Almost. Not really. ;-)

I only ask as I would've expected a higher power reading based on the speed/cadence you quoted.

Am going to have a look at what I can do this week in terms of flat out sprints at high and low cadence... WTS

Yes, my turbo is a bit weedy, hence I think you get very high apparent wheel speeds for the [virtual] power.

I'm trying to blag a go on a Watt Bike to see if I can get a 'real' number.

I have been getting neck and shoulder pain in my new attack position. :D

I have been doing a lot more upper body work to make life more comfy. But even now I still have to have a stretch every now and again.

Ben if you van last 45 mins in thatt position then fair play to you, looks fooking hideous to me. (the position, not the bike)

Not wanting to rub it in or anything, Ben.... but your old bike is really comfortable!
No pain on the TT for me (unless you count in the legs when they get tired)
