Spoken like a man who obsesses over having the perfectly sized tool for the job in hand... and of course getting it properly stuck in before giving it a good go. :?

The 810 out front mount is different to the 1000 out front mount...the 810 is shorter and sits the unit lower, whereas the 1000 is longer and sits the unit higher. If you have aerobars then go for the 1000 mount otherwise you won't be able to remove your 810...apparently :oops: Also, those extra few mm of extra length make a difference in that you don't have to tilt your head down so far
