I would advise against that or you may have some cold, hard, steel slipped inside you

Yes, I know it only applies to Long/Middle distance age group selection, but still....

Right, shall we run a 2016 edition then?

I'd suggest changing two of the rules, to make the fun more inclusive, especially for folks who have gone "specialist" over the last couple of seasons:
- Include single-sport S/B/R events, like TTs, marathons & OW swims. We'll need to be a bit discerning here, so no Parkruns or Thursday night club 10s - but anything reliably recognised by relevant sports bodies etc. is on.
- Cut the "at least one OW Tri" point out of the rule book.

The requirement to participate in at least three events stays, as do extra points for racing together with other club members.

Thoughts?
