Tour of Sufferlandria 2014

Postby SickBoy » 04 Jan 2014 01:24

Anyone else going this?
I thought I would have done more training over the holidays but manflu and life got in the way. I figured I would be spending lots of time on the trainer due to the winter here but I now find myself woefully under prepared. Still, my first event of 2014!

The future is DNE :D

Out of the country for it again this year so I'm going to give it a miss after last year's epic

I can feel the vomit rising already... need to see if I have time to do an FTP test and the 'Gayley' check beforehand. I'm pretty much focussing on running for a while, but I'd love to do ToS 2014.

I have half a dozen of the vids. The rest will be done just using the TR workouts.

Still mulling, but I WANT to do this.
I had fun once. It was awful.

Rubber glove FTP is there first one. Might as well start there!
