About 15mins. I usually organise a car park and offer a shuttle service.

The gate code is 1751 or just let the Gate House know you want to use the shuttle.

Of course, the downside is you have to wait for me to finish.

Bopo could just run the course twice to get a marathon in.

She's getting up early in the mornings to train and everything! WTF is that all about?
A double double ironman? Whatever next?

I'm doing Richmond half on the 23rd if anyone fancies it?

Anybody still doing this? I know there have been some injury issues around... Tritans, Gingertri?

I'll be staying with friends just off Shinfield Road, so about a 2km walk to the start line, I guess?

Garmin VP will be set to the 5:10/km that will give me a PB... it will happen. :D
I had fun once. It was awful.
