The race pace run on Monday was bloody close, I was only a couple of secs/mile out. Pretty happy with that.

dunno. probably a few sprints, perhaps an oly or two this year.

i might be persuaded to do the leeds half in june (my brother is talking it up and it could be a laff).

first up, got to sort my back/hip. i was unhappily close to a dns, and more that once got a reminder during the race that it wasn't right.
