Sunday 22nd September. My first fag free event. If I don't get a pb I am buying some on the way home

Who is in for one of the last tris of the season?

Short, fast course, even with the hill, sadly elsewhere on the day, KS may be racing as it is local, enjoy ' Sudall', a Sprint PB awaits. Enjoy.

Yes indeed, I will be there but not expecting any spectacular results. Still it is a short, sharp, jolly course. I was going to post here today (beat me to it), only entered last week, now sold out.

Fingers crossed weather will be OK :D
It seemed like a good idea at the time :? .

This will be my 7th or 8th outing at Southwell, so I have numerous PBS to go for, I think 4 yrs ago was my best running form, 2/3 yrs ago m best biking, now, laughingly my best swimming. Penultimate race of the season, need to finish on a high.

I plan to be there supporting a first timer - not racing but will be promoting the club via the hoodie.
