6000??? OK, now I'm beginning to worry about parking...

Get better Sarah!

While you rest your knee, I - on the other hand - will probably smash mine to pieces... :|

There's plenty of parking Artur so don't worry.

Thanks Artur. Yeah that was partly what I was worried about doing to mine, but if I'm careful now and do what I need to it should be ok :-)

Hope so Jody, although seeing as I have only done one long ride since the Outlaw I'm going to struggle. But I was only going to do the 100km anyway as I'm slow.

it should be fine. It's just the usual problems I have. Just need to do lots of flexibility and foam rolling work and give the inflammation a chance to go down.

Right. There's an option now that I won't make this. After my mile run the pain has moved from my knee to my hip (basically travelled to the other insertion point of the ITB). To the extent that I couldn't swim normally last night and spent the whole session with a pull buoy between my legs.

Anti-inflammatories administered, let's hope in the next two days it goes away.. :(

That'll be your TFL Artur. Have you got a foam roller? if so, get foam rolling? Get stretching it too and your glutes. Hope it calms down again soon.

I can't imagine this news being well received in Cassa Di Bopo.

So that leaves Jibby, myself and Bopo. What could possibly go wrong. :D
