bring some nuun, i think i'll need it tomorrow.

looks like the ride is just 40km, then cake and icecream, but done 5 times. i'm a huge fan of stopping to eat when riding my bike - it's nearly as good as finding a steep hill to walk up.

Roger that. I take it the 40km is our strategy not the actual route !

Yep, I'll be there to register as early as poss to get going for 07:30. We should be back and putting our trainers on for the run by 16:00. :lol: :shock:

Can we please clarify that we're talking about Nuun here? I don't want to get to a feed station and find Kevy dressed in his Nun outfit. That, my friends, could turn into a VERY nasty habit.
