Ben... my mate Paul (RN Tri) who sorted the route through the dockyard - turns out he's not doing the Pompey Tri because he's now Transition Manager for the event! 8-)

We were talking about making space for Team Laws in transition. I'll put you two in touch.

See ya'll tomorrow. Coming down this morning. Staying in the Seacrest which is on the bike course by Tranisition. Beautiful.

Need to either follow or go somewhere central for lunch as I know nothing about the place!

Spice Island in Old Portsmouth - there's a pub overlooking the wet stuff which does Fish'n'Chips, then take a trip down to the Tenth Hole for some #mmmcake. Job done
