Mid Sussex Sprint Tri - 14 June

I'm almost certainly doing this. Mostly because it's the only nearby event on the only free day in June. And also because my approach of signing up for events is vaguely keeping me (panic) training.

Burgess Hill, Pool based. (I've never even done a pool event and OW has lost its appeal), 400m / 25km / 5km... £38 (£35 for BTF)

Who cares about the training! The important thing is have your worked out what colour shoes to wear?

Well reluctantly, the pink ones have gone into the bin. So that leaves the blue ones or the black ones. Black will go nicely with the yellow lot and compression socks!
