Tranent Sprint

6 years ago this was my first ever Sprint. I had a great time - like forgetting my running shoes, falling over trying to clip in, wearing bike shorts under my tri-suit only for it turn into a massive nappy in the water.

So I'm going back - its a Scottish Qualifier - or at least it was - not that it matters to me - I'm going back to have a laugh - ideally 1hr 15-20min would do. Will be interesting to see how my running is going as I've been doing 24mins 5k off the bike so will be very interesting

I don't expect to see anyone else from the club there but thought I would put it here anyway.

Have fun! I have a soft spot for my first event too; every year thinking how to make sure I do it (didn't last year, *may* do one of the editions this year)

Shall I add it to the Club Champs table?
