Well if my knee is up to the bike and run. I asked them about the possibility of dropping down to the half if needed and they said I could if there was space. Or if I missed the 5.5hr swim cut off they would still let me do the bike and run and put me in the single event results

Wow.
I almost think that because the prospect is so completely unappealing I should do it.

JH, I'll probably need every minute of it, given my slow swimming speed. Think they have gone for 5.5hrs for each discipline for the full.
