Dunno about JB but I am :-) Well if my knee is up to the bike and run. I asked them about the possibility of dropping down to the half if needed and they said I could if there was space. Or if I missed the 5.5hr swim cut off they would still let me do the bike and run and put me in the single event results :-)

5.5hr swim cut-off.

Wow.

I almost think that because the prospect is so completely unappealing I should do it.

But not this year.

JH, I'll probably need every minute of it, given my slow swimming speed. Think they have gone for 5.5hrs for each discipline for the full.
