I blame my training buddy - she always puts stupid ideas into my head. That's what comes of chatting too much on sunny rides...

The only bit of the run that's a faff is Boxhill. The rest of it is fairly pleasant.... ish....

You might be able to railroad Mrs Jb into it... she did her first duathlon last friday ( a free one run by our gym, followed by an excellent free bbq and ice cream). think she sort of enjoyed it

i'll be returning to do it - will try to not cramp on the bike this time! Ben i like your positivism - the only problem with the run is box hilll....the first run that is, the second run from memory tried to kill me even the downhill bits and those tiny climbs before box hill!
