So, with my ankle injured and lots of physio ongoing I have entered this - is there anyone else on the list?

Should be fun 8-)

As I cannot race tris this year I really needed some motivation and so I spoke to them - they had charity spots available so I took one of those - you only have to raise £250 - not like IMUK which is £1000.....

BTW ris I had a look for your RR of when you did it - I cannot find it - you did put it on here didn't you?

Any suggestions /tips?

Alright there

I'm doing this too. I'll be slow though... not done much swimming this year (none in open water) but determined to finish. Was supposed to do it last year and was in good shape for it but cracked a rib the week before. I bought the hoodie before the event which is the main reason I want to finish, so I can wear the damned thing
