Subscriptions: Feeling blue? Time to renew!

Postby Sir Jibbenstein » 10 Apr 2013 18:34

So some of the more astute among you may have realised subscriptions are due. Seems the system wasn't set up properly and the promise of auto generating invoices/reminders 30 days prior was never activated. So I am going to have to go through and do it manually once I have fixed the problem. Over the next few days many of you will be receiving an email invoice asking for your subscriptions. The amount is going to be the same as last year (£30+£2.16 processing).

I have done one for myself and really helpfully the invoice doesn't tell you how to pay. So quick guide:
1: Go to https://memberdesq.imgstg.com/index.cfm ... OrgID=9824
2: Click the "Login" tab
3: Enter a username and password (by default it didn't ask you to generate these, so they are really random)
4: If you don't know/didn't create your own then click "Forgot Your Password?"
5: Enter your email address and it will get sent to you. Now try logging in with those details.
6: At the top click "Pay Subscriptions"
7: Follow instructions
8: PAY THEM

While you are logged in please take the time to check the "update my profile" tab, and change anything that is different (Address for those that have moved)

If there is a problem please EMAIL me at drjibbenstein@live.co.uk (it is easier to deal with emails than PM's)

Sorry for the c**k up, I should have checked when I realised no reminder had come, but I've had 1 or 2 things on my mind. Yellow status will continue until the end of the month, as of the 1st of May those who are overdue subscriptions will revert to blue membership.

You have been for ages... Perhaps a 24 hour delay from when you paid!

Yeah same link. Still don't understand the automatic notification thing in the subscription system.
