It's when you can fill in an entry form, get it right first time, and know the answers to lines 1-7 off by heart, that you'll know you've arrived.

Jack - if you've done a 12hr mate then fair play to you!

Didds, hello mate. Its going ok so far - how about you? Had a go at a half marathon at the weekend and was pleasently surprised with my pace. Started doing TTs with the cycling club as well - just a case of putting it all together.

One thing I need to get into gear is travel arrangements - have you booked anything?

@lex - yes, all sorted... but I have friends that live just 30 Km from St Poelten so all I actually had to do was book flights... with BA (*gulp*) out of LHR as they'll take a bike box/bag as inclusive baggage allowance. My friends are loking after me car and bed wise so I am sorted ... but that is also why i chose AT 70.3 ...

lots of peiople highly recommend a travel company (name escapes me - CH knows them) that orgainse transport for triathlons - IIRC you pa a "premium" of about £100 for their services but they take all the hassle out of it

WELCOME! Come on in people, the water is fine......pardon the pun. Here you are in safe place where mediocrity is celebrated and chinese whispers passed off as fact.

Come and say hello.....
