Atomic, great story there :-) Well done. Yes I have to admit it is very tempting to do an HIM. Think I'll enter an OD towards the end of the season and go from there. All this talk of races is making me want to do more!

Occasional lurker, sneaking over from the 220 forum. Focused on sprint tris because even that feels like a long way to me, with a background in 400mH-ing. This year will be my second whole season of triathlon. I'm based near Doncaster and I don't exercise as much as I would like. :?
