A belated welcome to NJTay... what happened to the plan to race this month or break yourself trying? And how did the Tritans approved beer & cake diet go? Still got that 2 stone?

And welcome back to Silverback. If you'd like a 'lose 10k' buddy them I'm just re-re-re-re-restarting my efforts to remove the shite from my diet and just keep the good stuff.

Congrats on the new arrival :D , hope your daughter is OK and the job situation is similarly sorted. Redundancy is a crap place to be.
I had fun once. It was awful.

Cheers all, great to be back

Luka. Cool name.
My boy Luka was named in honour of Luca Brasi, the feared Corleone family enforcer

I wish my thinking was on that level. To be honest once wifey had rejected Boba, Artoo and Chewbacca it was as close as I could get to Star Wars... :geek: :geek: :geek:

Cheers Bopo. Most of the weight is due to inertia and a re-found love of carrot cake and Ben & Jerry. My only consolation is that I gave up alcohol when wifey fell pregnant and haven't gone back to it. Lord knows how much bigger (and poorer) I'd be.

Adam Lamb on the FB page? Are you in here or are you SPAM? Posted in the BCTTT FB page yesterday and also similar messages in some of the Oxford cycling clubs...

Think he falls in a grey area. A few people are looking to do the charity ride he/his company are organising, so kind of falls in the grey area. Obviously trying to heavily promote his business. Once is OK, repeated abuses will not be tolerated though

Yeah, I didn't want to be a curmudgeon and I'll let the masses decide. I was just spotted identical posts in several of the oxford club FB pages and then ours. My first thought was "Oh great, I've got a BCTTT Oxford buddy" but then I read the posts and thought "Oh, maybe not..."
