You seem to be recommending stuff on their website so probably the ones. If so is one enough, they seem a bit small?

They are - is that what came up on google? Anyway - ideally you need two, one for each foot. But you can get by just using one as you should be standing on them one footed anyway.

Don't over inflate, or under inflate - either will make it easy to 'balance' on them.

Swiss balls aren't that bad Bspin - I smashed one into the face of one of the athletes a few weeks ago when they were prone on the floor. Very gratifying.

I lurve a good swiss ball sesh,a marvellous tool, but its the 'I am going to run away & join the circus' crowd that get on my nerves, all sorts of fancy stuff but never a convincing answer to 'Why?' Douglas Brookes & Pete Twist do a great presentation showing swiss balls being put to weird & worderful uses & since they coach or have coached US ski & snowboarders & NHL hockey players all sports where instability is the name of the game, then respect but to those of us who try to educate the masses, standing on a ball is purely a party trick..only don't tell Paul Chek I said so.

First (and only meaningful) hit on google for 'agility disc'. I shall get one to start with then.
