Oooh thank you, appreciate it. I will give that a crack for a few weeks and see how I get on - will do each program 1x a week to start then up to 2x week if all goes well...and then see where I stand

I find lunges really aggravate my old cruciate injury! And what's a reverse lunge?

Just like a forward lunge except in reverse ;) Lunge backwards instead of forwards. Lunging around the clock is good too
