Oooh thank you, appreciate it. I will give that a crack for a few weeks and see how I get on - will do each program 1x a week to start then up to 2x week if all goes well...and then see where I stand

Thoroughly recommend Pilates; I've got all sorts of achey bits which no longer ache as much and has increased my flexibility and I dare say under my flabby bits have probably got a decent set of abs
