wha's occurin' is that i'm going to tenby, bud. and then makin' a right arse of myself in west wales' most mountainous swim, bike and run.

sweet it is.

this time i'm doing it for Macmillan. most of your know that my mum is currently giving cancer 2.0 a damn good shoeing. she's got it in a headlock with the old chinese burn and ear flick to come. it doesn't stand a bloody chance. sadly, like any baddie wrestler it'll be back, but no matter what she has had some top top top support from Macmillan and i want to give something back to them, and IM Wales is that thing. And I'm really looking forward to her being there to see the whole, shambolic, mess take place.

How long did you do Sweden in last year?

11h 15mins. flat bike done in 5h 55min. wales is about 5x hillier, so expecting to do it in 5h 56min.

if it helps anyone then i am fairly confident that wetsuits will be at least optional.

If wetsuits are optional, I would hesitantly predict your T1 time as being marginally quicker than SoS's T1 time, only just though.
