Ah f**k. actually it will be interesting to see how long I last in the chain gang,
I held on until 29mph last time...i'm hoping to hit the low 30's this year

I wouldn't think there's room in my car with Tarka already hitchin a ride.

Not sure you need to do any

Isoman clearly showed I have plenty of latent fitness, well for bike and run anyway. I will admit to some training for the swim.

ha yeah i'd forgotten about that! I was just glad everyone waited for me at the top of the climbs. hopefully this year I will be marginally less sh*t at climbing (but don't count on it!)

Don't worry Mark, this year I'll be *not* marginally more sh*t on climbs, so you may find yourself waiting for me.

Very seriously considering dropping down a group this year, tbh.
