Cat Faux is looking for a lift from the airport (or maybe another way out). Does anyone have some space? Sorry for those that know how hard the rides are now going to be...

Isoman clearly showed I have plenty of latent fitness, well for bike and run anyway. I will admit to some training for the swim.

Don't worry Mark, this year I'll be *not* marginally more sh*t on climbs, so you may find yourself waiting for me.

Very seriously considering dropping down a group this year, tbh.
