WANTED LADIES HYBRID

A friend of mine is looking for a hybrid (bike) and is limited on cash! She's diddy so needs a 48cm frame and is favouring a Specialised! She particularly likes the Vita Elite, but is open to any ideas that introduce her to road riding! Does anybody know anybody selling one? or has anybody seen anything suitable? Her budget is £400, which im guessing would get her a sale new or decent 2nd hand bike! Would be very grateful if you could let me know! THANK YOU x
