Hare and the tortoise Jon. Maybe throw a few sacrificial 10ks in. JH will break and you can march ahead on GC :D

Utilising the Rope-a-Dope strategy , I just have to realise when I should stop being a dope and start training.

It's not going to be even close unless I can get a cushion of 30 mins come July. Can't see that happening now.

Although if we do the 10k on the 2nd I might get a bit closer.

Unless there's a puncture, the 10 TTs are going to be small change. The sprint tris should be pretty even.

There is no way I am the favourite at this stage.
