If I wasn't already busy then I'd happily do outlaw, but I can't. However, I'm considering cowman (though I'm at an all day piss up on a bus the day before, so maybe not), bustinskins middle and ely middle. Are you going to practice your IM pacing round liverpool andy? Or are you just hoping for the best?

its a bit difficult cause its a very flat race (i think i did the bike in just over 1.20 last year) but i am planning on using some nutrition in a race scenario...but my pacing is something i can really only practice in training now

that's a great report, from a different perspective i.e. non-competitor. does the race justice.

funny how quickly things fade. other than the pain in my legs, it now doesn't seem nearly as bad as it was at the time. the pictures brought it all back, like 'nam veterans' flashbacks. determined not to forget, so that i can use the horror going forward if/when necessary.
