top report mate - love the stats on gearing, I'm going to try that out. How do you get on with the Garmin 310XT?

Can't be without it, the auto multisport function is great. Only nuances are that I find it hard to read a wristwatch when on the bike and I often stupidly hit stop instead of lap, but those are operator issues anyway.
