Thanks all; legs going to take some time I think. Basically had some fibre tears which are taking a long time to heal but Mr Sensible head definitely on. Rest, stretching physio etc, Fortunately I have health insurance and pretty much get back my premiums.

S11, yeah I've been reading your struggles, hope you get back soon and stronger - good luck for IMUK 2016, keep fingers crossed for that one
