I see that Pioneer have tided up their offering for 2014,but only available in Dura ace and Ultegra, compatible with the Garmin 500 etc , but the head unit gives a nice display as it measures the power every 30 degrees,so you can get distracted even more on your ride.

Why on earth would you thing that?
Would still need 2 pairs to measure power on road bike vs TT (due to inability to standardise on one pedal system)...
They don't shoe any pictures of the actual shoes either (which, let's face it, is the most important bit!).

Pleasant morning spent in the flatlands http://www.strava.com/activities/192976605 - Mr Tansley may not be best pleased!

I am sat in boring/pointless meetings all day, pretending to do reply to emails, whilst now panicking about strava segments. This is not how a Friday should be spent.

What on earth am I doing here?? It's dark and I feel like I am going to throw up. I don't think triathlon agrees with me!

You'll be fine once you get going.

Put them to the sword.

If in doubt press ctrl-shift-kill and show the non-cyclists how it is done. Good luck

Shocker.
Poor swim (expected); traffic impeded bike; piss poor run; garmin user error

That would translate as an Age Group podium then ?? In understated Clare speak.
