Firstly, Beatrice seems to be on the mend.
Not there yet, but getting there.

210.6np
My right leg gave out under me the other day when I was doing single leg dips. I took this as a bad sign.
Went to see the physio yesterday.
Gutted.
Am now banned from all forms of exercise other than gentle walking and stretching FFS.
I am worried about the negative effect this will have n my psyche.
Thoroughly fucked off about it tbh. But there's nothing I can do.
The problem, it seems, resides in the ITB. Which has got me wondering if the problem was the ITB all along and that's what was causing the knee pain.
The thing I'm most pissed off about was I was only doing the turbo sessions to try and improve so that I could get back to running.
And now I can't do anything. Grrrrrrrrrr.
So, for the next week I am Mr Barking-WalkyMcStretcherson.
And things were going so well.

Walking's great!

A Bea getting better is pretty good too.

Glad Bea's getting there.

ITB could be having a part in your knee problems. Mine definitely is.

I'll join you on the walkystretchymer thingy. Got a foam roller?

Good good.

I have been very good at using mine the last week but my leg is getting worse. I don't get it. I've even rested fully. Hopefully physio will know what the hell is going on.

So very sleepy.
Just cba with anything exercise related. Seems like a triathlon is so far away now.
Mojo will probably return with some sleep. Fingers crossed.

Fingers crossed. I definitely struggle with motivation more when I'm tired.

Somewhere you have an evil twin, supping on champagne, and laughing.

Get well soon.

Do you need to go into isolation?
