213.4np

Awesome. 4lb gain in 2 days ffs.

Really struggling looking after Beatrice at the moment - finding it virtually impossible to lift her.
Feel no better, which is rather irksome.

On the plus side, given the range of things it could have been - it could have been worse!

Thanks Latinobeat :-D

212.6np
86 days sweet free
12 days biscuit free
Have cut down on alcohol quite well too.
Annoyed to have put so much weight on this week, but can't see a difference at the waistband. Which makes me think it's water retention.
Time will tell.
Being ill is really annoying. Making things a bit tricky with Beatrice.
At Martin House from Thursday, so that should make things a bit easier.
But still have to go to frigging Durham on Wednesday to sort Henry's passport out ffs.
That's going to be a long and unpleasant day

I was thinking about that.
Would have to drive to Doncaster, which is about 30 mins at that time of day adn six quid for petrol. Then pay a tenner for parking. Plus £50 for the train ticket.
It works out at about £25 for petrol, + £2 for park and ride.
So £27 vs £66.
Very annoying.

Get well soon,
Try not to get too fixated with the actual weight you are, as weight varies during the day, and as water retention is mentioned as well, even the scales that tell you everything have variances too.

Look at your weight as between a lower and upper limit, this may be a four pound differential, so ideally you are looking at losing weight from the lower limit, for my race with Jack, I noted my weight and took the lower number at the start of the month, and then at the end a series of measurements taking the higher weight as my finish weight.
Extinction is the rule. Survival is the exception.

Cheers.
Am not going to worry too much, so long as the waist band is still loose.
Been back to the Doc - I have acute prostatitis, not mumps etc.
No wonder I feel rubbish.
On the plus side, it's treatable with antibiotics - Yay!
