Trying again _ bendy actually does "some" training

Postby Bendy Ben » 17 Oct 2013 23:49

After a bit of a cock up Im determined to do some training. Im probably dreaming but hey ho.

Feel free to mock ( I expect it tbh)

Today

65 min ride on new TT - neck is a bit stiff ( spent 30-35 mins on the bars- lots of work to do)

Felt tired. ( lack of training to date is rather apparant)

Like Dream once said " things can only get better. :D

Going for the money shot on the TT is not as hard as winter mtb'ing ;)
One who wants to do something, will find a way.
One who doesn't, will find an excuse.

I love it that Ben starts a training log about three days after posting in another thread that he's all but disappearing from the forum until Christmas. Now it's all beginning to make sense.

Rather than gettig bogged down in all the detail, I go for a gestalt approach - just trying to get a sense of the developmental flow, and how it is almost imperceptibly, yet inexorably, building to a peak for May and Poland.

It's a classic.

I was pondering, whether this was one of those orphans that you dealt with,

Maybe there is some correlation between the number of training logs set up by an individual in the training section and the proportion of training actually done??

I'm learning a lot here and applying it to my own training.
I've done DNF. I've done DNS.
The future is DNE :D
