So Plan A is buy some at expo (hopefully shouldn't be a problem), Plan B is carry a mini pump.

Its a 150N lifejacket inflation canister. Honest. When they ask at check in say you have 2 spare lifejacket cannisters. You are still allowed 2 I think. Or just take the 2 from underneath your seat before you get off the plane...

From your annoying voice of reason, please, please, please, for the love of your God, do not go and have a look to see if the CO2 life jacket canisters are the ones you want.
It is a criminal offence to tamper with the safety equipment on board, and the airline will ground the aircraft, and, in the case of one little scrote that thought he would take one as a souvenir at the airport one summer, ended up with a criminal record, and lucky he wasn't sued by the airline for delays incurred etc.

Just buy them at the expo, and donate them to home athletes when finished, have a great race.

Even I've done more than that.

So why are you so slow then ?

Even less swimming !

I'm not joking when I say I'm going on the back of almost zero training. I think people think I'm joking when I say I haven't trained- A finish will be a miracle

Anyone can finish a half off basic/latent fitness (as I may be proving this weekend), you just have to manage expectations and energy. You'll finish provided you don't get injured doing something stupid the day before...
