General posture has changed, as i have tightened muscles here and there, and developed others that were not there in the first place. I now stand straighter and my shoulders are more pulled back, whereas before they rolled forward, and abs were not tensed - still have to find those under the layer of lard. :D

Still on it, just got a hectic life at the moment - Loving work, but its long hours so I don't spend much time on the web at present, I am also moving house in a few weeks, and purchasing a horse :o :o

Hit week 12 and had only dropped 1lb, so had a big switch up of training plan and nutritional plan, went away started to train and injured my back - I think it was due to running !! put back into my programme for 1 session a week, and it instantly broke me - so I have had a week off all training, and finally managed to get back on the rollers this morning with only minor discomfort.

I have a target of a 4lb loss before my next visit in early November - so its all systems go again.

Ok so the loss went all 'Pete Tong' over November to April - Due to life getting in the way (New Job / New House / Holiday). The weight increased and ended up back almost where I started.

I hit it again at the start of April, and the losses started again - for some reason I feel more dedicated to it this time, and have been sticking to the nutrition side more rigorously than before, even preparing a meal when the rest of the family is having take-away.

I had been stuck at 14st 7lbs for the last 4 weeks, no matter what training I did, it would not shift - so this week I switched up the nutrition by changing the foods but keeping the same Carb / Protein / Fats ratio, and the weight has finally started to shift again hitting 14st 5.5lbs this morning.

My aim is to try and be at 14st or lower for the relays, my overall target is around 13st 6lbs which should be a decent low Bodyfat %

So fingers crossed I can keep heading in the right direction.
